Pastoral Training

Disciples from the AJC churches and Independent Pastors from other Parts of Tamil Nadu are given a Pastoral training with effective Teachings from the Bible and a summarized theology. Classes are held every month along with the field training. Regular reports are collected and supervised by the Field supervisor. The systematic Theology and the Pastoral training mold a servant of God in a better way. They are really blessed to be Edified and Qualified in a short term.

A minimum of 20 adult baptized members constitutes a church. The long-term goal for each new church is that it becomes self-propagating, self-sufficient financially, and self-governing. Until then the Village Pastors under training are financially supported every month for two years.
